Time is not an infinite resource.
In 2026, Theo stepped away from industry to launch his executive coaching practice. With the time he has ahead, he is investing it where he can have the greatest impact, partnering with executives committed to their growth and determined to become the best versions of themselves.
Theo understands that leadership can be isolating at times. He brings empathy, compassion, and care to his work, creating trusted partnerships with the leaders he supports. Over the course of his career, he has coached and advised countless executives, serving as a confidential sounding board and strategic thought partner.
Through his approach, Theo helps leaders shift their mindsets so they can lead by leveraging their strengths, cultivate gratitude, quiet their inner critic, and show up each day with greater resilience, confidence, and clarity.

Interviews, conversations, and the ideas he keeps coming back to.
Well Being Walks, with Kip Hollister.
Kip Hollister founded this one to have a different kind of conversation about leadership, and she has it on a walk outdoors rather than across a table. Theo joined her in Duxbury.

Charlie.
When Theo built his own practice, he wanted the freedom to work with leaders in a way that was uniquely his. But there was one word he knew belonged in the name of the firm: Partnership.
Theo’s partner is the client, the leader who trusts him enough to be candid, vulnerable, curious, and open to growth. Those relationships often extend well beyond the coaching engagement.
But during the cold winter months of early 2026, as Theo spent long days in his home office preparing to launch The Proukou Partnership, he found that he had another partner: Charlie.
Charlie decided early on that building the business would be a team effort. He was there for the long days, the uncertainty, the excitement, and the occasional moments when starting something from scratch felt a little lonely. He never offered much business advice. But he brought something just as important: companionship, comfort, and a steady presence.
Those are the same qualities Theo brings to every coaching relationship. A trusted presence, genuine empathy, encouragement when it is needed, and the reassurance of knowing that someone is always in your corner.
For Charlie, who was there for the beginning.
